selling home with solar power

Solar powered energy is a popular source of clean energy that many homeowners are beginning to explore. But does solar increase or decrease the value of your home? The answer: it depends. There are a few key factors that can determine whether a solar power system will increase or decrease the home you are trying to buy or sell.

Buying vs Leasing

Solar is not cheap. Homeowners have the choice of purchasing a system outright, or entering into a leasing contract. If you choose to buy a system it can set you back $12,000-$20,000 which you may not see a full ROI once you sell the home. It didn’t matter that we weren’t a top team, I already loved my school and the Buffs. My friends and I would joke that CU already had too much going for it, the campus, the weather, the people, the town, it was all too perfect to also have a top football team.

The Present

Fast forward to 2016 and I never would have guessed we are where we are. With each additional win, the excitement and

The organization collects food and money in order to provide meals to those in need. Although they work year round to end hunger, they are currently focused on the 32nd annual ‘Let’s Bag Hunger Food
