The real estate market for Boulder County 2012 didn’t do as well as it had before the big real estate decline but it did show significant improvements over the last several years.  Here are some numbers to illustrate exactly how the market changed in 2012 for Boulder County.

The number of single family homes sold in Boulder County for 2012 was up 24.1% from 2,618 in 2011 to 3,249.  Likewise the number of attached family dwellings sold was also up 20.48% with 1,141 for 2012 and 947 in 2011. The combined market was up 23.14% to mark our best year in sales since 2007. Absorption Rates for single family homes in Boulder County for 2012 was 91 days which is less then half of what it was in 2010 with 189 days and drastically less then 2011 with 156 days.

Check out Blizzard!  This super cool dog is a 2 year old Dalmatian Mix.  Blizzard not only has unique looks but he also has a great personality as well.  This lovable guy likes hanging out in the Training Center where he can find lots of people to pet and cuddle him. Today, December 21st, 2012, is the last day the Boulder Valley Humane Society will be hosting their Free Cat Friday in honor of the holiday season.
