Just six months ago a flash flood dramatically impacted the community of Coal Creek Canyon. Roadways were washed away, homes were damaged and emotions were shaken. Within six months these strong residents have pulled together and found their new normal.

Although many routes may have changed due to the damage from the flood, photographers have found their way to the popular spots in this beautiful region.  Surrounded by the Rocky Mountain foothills, filled with scenic dirt roads and walked by the local critters (bears, elk, and even turkeys) there is never a shortage of amazing photo opportunities here beside the canyon walls.

Residents love this area for the epic views and small town feel tucked within the mountains. They have even

What are you doing on Sunday, April 27th? Well, we can tell you what you could be doing. Head to Pearl Street in Boulder for the annual Tulip, Fairy and Elf Festival.
