Tangled and twisted. Man-made circles in the air
and lightening-speed jump roping. Did we mention ladders dropping down from the
ceiling, and heart-thumping music? We’re talking about the one-of-a-kind
Canadian entertainment company Cirque du Soleil. Next year from February 8-12
the group will be performing “Dralion” at Broomfield’s 1st Bank
Center. The group currently performs over 20 draw-dropping shows worldwide including
“Viva Elvis” in Las Vegas, “Zed” at Tokyo’s Disney Resort, and “La Nouba” in
Disney World, Orlando. Don’t mistake this show for a peanut-throwing,
elephant-aligned, clown-in-car Ringling Brother’s and Circus performance. This Cirque
du Soleil show will keep you and your family awake, engaged and gasping

A toy-making godfather with a patch over one eye. A fierce battle between toy-soldiers and a group of mice. Sugar plum fairies twirling as snow falls from the sky. And who could forget that beautiful Tchaikovsky music. It must be time for the famous Nutcracker ballet.
Christmas is only a few weeks away, so take your family to see this fairytale come to life. Showcased by the Boulder Ballet, Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra and the Boulder Children’s Chorale, the performance takes place the Macky Auditorium on the following days: November 25 at 4:00pm, November 26 at 2:00pm and 7:00pm, and November 27 at 2:00pm.
