The Pinyon Bistro

O.K. I just looked through my posts lately and looks like we may be spending too much time sampling the food establishment of Boulder.

But last nights meal needs to be celebrated. Cyndy and I think we have a new favorite and it is The Pinyon Bistro on East Pearl.  To say it is a great experience and first class is an understatement.  Here is my suggestion of how to take full advantage of The Pinyon:

1. Choose to dine from the bar.  The staff is very friendly and this allows you to have them participate in your meal.  They are very open to giving you ideas and tips from the menu.  They also are drink masters so to full lean into their talents the bar puts in the perfect position to enjoy.
2. Take your time.  The Pinyon we found can be so much mre than just Dinner, it is an experience to be enjoyed.
3. Soak up the wide.  The establishment feels like Vermont to me quality folks putting out quality food
4. Enjoy, you are in for a treat from the fried chicken to the fish of the day it is all good with a special twist.
5. Take advantage of the Craft Drinks. great way to tickle the palatte and experience new flavors.
