If I thought a lot happened the last time I reported in, it hardly compares to the house selling marathon I have been going through in the last few weeks.  Putting the final touches on our for sale townhome in Westminster, after completing the main repairs and staging, proved to a bit more challenging than I thought it would be.  Undoubtedly the toughest part about selling our home so far has been keeping it clean.  Luckily for us things have been moving pretty quickly and we have had no choice, but to keep up! With that being said, I am proud to say that all our hard work and planning paid off in a big way. Here's what has happened since the last time I wrote about my home buying and selling experience.

Like many people, my husband and I have decided to sell our existing home and buy a new one this upcoming 2013 spring/summer.  With all the good predictions for the year to come, we feel that it is time to move out and up.  The home buying experience is one we have gone through before, but selling a home is totally new to us. Eldorado Canyon State Park, Colorado

We traveled from Westminster, which was only 30 minutes, and took a beautiful scenic drive through the flatlands of Jefferson County.
