Lydia Varela Creasey has been a Colorado resident since 1979. Lydia grew up in Fort Collins and has lived in the Boulder-Denver area since 1997. She joined the Hinkelman-Smith team as a Boulder real estate agent in 2005.
Lydia brings her experience in fitness coaching to the team, by coaching each client through every step of the transaction. Her clients commend her for her patience, strong negotiating skills, thoroughness and responsiveness. Lydia and her husband Adam currently live in Westminster with their 7 year-old son Cole and 4 year Sevilla, and baby girl Charlie. Lydia is active in the recreation community by teaching aerobics and playing sports. She is experienced working with all types of clients: buyers, sellers, relocations, foreclosures, investors and is Short Sale Certified. Lydia spends a great deal of her time working in the Boulder area, but is also guiding the Hinkelman-Smith expansion into all Boulder and Denver suburbs.

Doug is a graduate of Pepperdine University. Prior to real estate career Doug managed a successful investment business for many years, that included real estate investments. His experience has been facilitating investments through 1031 exchanges, REITS, TICS, LLC’s, and other types of partnerships. Doug moved to Boulder because of the lifestyle the area has to offer. He enjoys most sports, skiing, mountain biking, and fishing. His proudest moment in sports was coaching his son to a California State Championship in Lacrosse. Kim relocated to Colorado to attend CU from Sun Valley, Idaho. She fell in love with Boulder and the surrounding area due to her love for the outdoors, running the multitude of trails and open space, skiing, hiking and biking in all the mountain towns, and enjoying Colorado's 300 days of sunshine. Kim is also an avid practicioner of yoga and an active member at Core Power Yoga in Boulder. She has 3 beautiful children ages 9-16 and has extensive about Boulder area schools, team sports, and community activities.
Kim's in-depth knowledge of Boulder's wonderful neighborhoods and homes, as well as her ability to communicate clearly with others, led her to her career in real estate 13 years ago.
