Cynthia Hinkelman-Smith
A Boulder resident since 1964 and owner of the Boulder RE/MAX Alliance, Cyndy was previously a certified Residential Specialist. Prior to owning the Boulder office, she was a broker associate at RE/MAX Realty Consultants where she was a member of RE/MAX 100% Club, past president of the Board of Realtors and recipient of the Boulder Area REALTOR® of the Year award.
Shelby Downs
A Colorado native and Boulder resident for the past 11 years, Shelby Downs joined Hinkelman, Smith and Associates in April 2004. She is a full service agent who specializes in representing our buyers through the purchase of their home. Shelby has a successful history of working with first-time home buyers and is well versed in educating our clients throughout the home buying process. Shelby has a unique ability to negotiate transactions for a diverse clientele as her buyers’ criteria vary.
