Lafayette Neighborhoods
Indian Peaks
The Indian peaks neighborhood surrounds the Indian Peaks Golf course. Indian Peaks Golf Course is a public facility. It is known for awe-inspiring views of the Indian Peaks mountain range from almost everywhere on the course. Located on the Western edge of Lafayette off of 95 and close to HWY 287, it is a quick drive from Denver, Longmont, Boulder, and DIA.
The golf course is a Hale Irwin Signature Course. The Course has 18 holes of championship golf, a fully stocked Golf Shop, and a great practice facility with driving range, putting green, chipping green, and practice bunkers. The Championship course consists of 1200 trees, 87 bunkers, 6 lakes, and 2 winding creeks. Four sets of tees make for a challenging and enjoyable round for any caliber of player.

Waneka Lake
