With over 16 properties under contract and closing in on 18, I would have to say the Tax credit did cause a bump to the Hinkelman, Smith group with RE/MAX Alliance. Normally we will place 7 to 10 properties under contract a month. 16 is a 60% to 70% increase above our norm. As we look forward there is certainly a renewed confidence in the housing market in Boulder County and across the Front Range.
