Hello, my name is Barb Passalacqua, and I am thrilled to join the team at BoulderHomeSource. Growing up in family of developers my infatuation with real estate began at an early age. My husband and I have bought and sold many properties in Boulder County over the last 20 years, so becoming a Realtor just made sense.

For me, helping people is a pleasure and I am good at advocating for my clients whether they are buying or selling. One client in particular was very rewarding. They have a daughter with severe allergies related to household toxins. They needed help fast. I found them a nice home that had no allergens but did have all the features they wanted in a second home. It was wonderful to see everyone happy and healthy in their new Boulder home.

For the best deal and great memories gather friends and go for the group discount. At Miller Farms each person can bring up to 5 bags of fresh produce home. 5 full bags is a lot of produce. A LOT! Saturday's game against Oregon State had fans on the edge of their seat right up to the very end. While Oregon's win 36-31, wasn't the outcome Buffalo fans were hoping for, it was a nail biter! Boulder didn't disappoint with a vibrant blue sky day. It reminded how fortunate we are to have a home in Boulder. It that has so much to offer its residents including football, sunshine and 70 degree temps in October.

For me, a CU alum, it was a very special game. While we've made our home in Boulder for over 20 years, it was my son's first college football game. He loved it almost as much I loved taking him. It brought up an important subject, not just football, breast cancer. The players wore pink shoe laces and pink accessories to raise awareness
