As I sit writing this update we are fully into a Boulder County Spring, I mean Winter, I mean Spring, oh what the heck it is May 18th and Snowing Outside. As much as Colorado weather is unpredictable the Boulder County Real Estate market continues to be fairly predictable and moving along.

Inventory has set the tone for our market for the last few years. We continue to have a lack of inventory for both single family and attached dwellings with less than a two month supply for single family and only one month supply of attached dwellings. On the positive side, we are seeing upward movement in inventory with 10.4% increase in single family and strong 25.6% for attached dwellings.
