Husband and wife owners Renee Beshures and David Schwartz’s vision was to open up one of the only private, one-on-one Pilates and Yoga therapeutic studios and wellness centers in Boulder. Their goal was to “offer a complete approach to fitness, holistic healing, and rehabilitation," through a mix of “diverse yet complementary therapies” using a whole body and mind approach. Renée Beshures – Owner, CMT, Certified Pilates and Yoga Instructor and Franklin Method Educator 2

Specializes: Elite athletes, Pilates teacher and yoga instructor, acute and chronic injuries, detailed alignment, attention to breath, and imagery.

Kelly Athey - Certified Pilates Instructor

Specialties include: Improving your golf game through Pilates, prenatal and postpartum Pilates, and rehabilitation for all spinal issues like fusions, stenosis, spondylolisthesis.

 

Tamara Conner - Certified Pilates Instructor

Concentration: Fitness programs, increasing athletic performance, healing from injuries, and guiding you in accomplishing your fitness and health goals.

Camcie Foster - Certified Pilates Instructor
