After last weekend’s successful National Open House Event, REMAX Alliance of Boulder’s staff is feeling revived and energized about the homes currently on the market in Boulder, CO. Health:  Boulder is the healthiest city in Colorado and one of the most fit cities in the nation.  This is made possible by the relatively moderate climate we have.  Yes it is true that we do get snow but we also get an amazing amount of sunshine.  With more than 300 days a year, the snow never stays on the ground for long and even if it does you can almost be certain that the sun will peak out from behind the clouds at some point throughout the day.  This means that the opportunities for healthy outdoor activities are endless when you have the Rocky Mountains as your backyard play ground.

Wealth: Now not everyone who owns property in Boulder is wealthy but there is definitely money in the hands of the community.  The different home options that are available throughout Boulder are immense and include mobile homes, economical apartments, student housing, fancy condos, cottages, bungalows, ranches, older style single family homes, new eco homes, luxury single family homes, Victorian mansions, mountain cabins, and vacation retreat properties. The demand for real estate in Boulder is high which helps propel homeowner’s investments and contribute to their assets.

Happiness:  One of the first things many people notice when they move into the Boulder area is that people here tend to be very polite, courteous to others, friendly, and just generally happy.  This is a pretty spectacular thing to say about the more than 295,000 people currently living in Boulder County but it is true.  If you are not a believer we challenge you to try to take a simple walk through a Boulder neighborhood without saying high to your fellow passerby!
